SWT UF-30 ultrafiltration unit - (up to 30 m3/h)

The SWT UF-30 is an ultrafiltration unit with a capacity of up to 30 m³/h for removing colloidal contaminants from water: suspended solids, fats, non-dissolved petroleum products, proteins, large bacteria. The flow is separated into purified and concentrated fractions at a porous membrane element under a pressure of 0.2 to 0.4 MPa, and the driving force of the process is the pressure difference across the membrane, overcoming the friction and interaction forces between the liquid and the membrane surface. The filtration fineness is 0.1 to 0.01 μm, and the salt composition of the water does not change.

Among the models in the SWT UF range, this one is mid-flow: twice as productive as the junior UF-15 and more productive than the UF-20, but it falls short of the UF-40, UF-50, and UF-60 up to 60 m³/h. Of the three junior models in the range, the UF-30 is the heaviest — 450 kg; the UF-20 is 400 kg, and the UF-15 is 160 kg.

Purified water is supplied to the consumer, and the concentrate is discharged to drain; its volume is 10-20% of the feed water flow and depends on the quality of the source water and the requirements for the purified water. The application area is standalone water supply for cottages, municipal water treatment, and process water preparation.
