Aquaphor WS1000 P1 system (A1000 P1, S1000 P1)

A complex water-purification system for a private house: softening, iron removal, manganese removal, and hydrogen sulfide removal in one housing. Influent limits — hardness up to 34 mg-eq/l, iron and manganese combined up to 14 mg/l, manganese up to 5 mg/l, hydrogen sulfide up to 1 mg/l. Working capacity 30 l/min (1.8 m3/h), maximum 45 l/min (2.7 m3/h) — up to 5 taps at once. The housing is made of thick-walled reinforced polymer, service life is 10 years.

It differs from the base WS1000 in exactly one thing: thanks to KDF 85 material in the filter media, it removes hydrogen sulfide up to 1 mg/l. Capacity, dimensions (41 x 50 x 80 cm), weight (48 kg), and hardness and iron limits are the same for both. Against the smaller WS500 P1, it wins both on flow (1.8 versus 1.4 m3/h) and on permissible water load (34 versus 24 mg-eq/l). WS1000 A shares the same housing, but is sized for organic impurities and a lower flow.

Regeneration timing is determined by an intelligent algorithm from the built-in flow meter. The economy mode requires 1.4 kg of salt and 70 l of water over 27 minutes, the medium mode — 3.8 kg and 97 l over 37 minutes, the boosted mode — 6.8 kg and 122 l over 50 minutes; this is four times lower than for column-type softeners. The media needs no replacement, power supply 12 VAC, 1" ports.
