UV sterilizer STERILIZER - UV108GPM - 4" (up to 28 m3/h)

The STERILIZER UV108GPM UV sterilizer disinfects water with ultraviolet at a flow of up to 28 m³/h. The chamber is made of stainless steel SS304, with nine PHILIPS lamps inside in quartz sleeves, radiation dose — 30 mW·s/cm². The model is designed for facilities, large pools, and marine vessels: connections 4″ HP, working pressure up to 6 bar, water temperature +2…+45 °C.

In the STERILIZER line, this is the second-to-last tier: only the UV120GPM is more productive — 32 m³/h on ten lamps — while the closest junior model, UV96GPM, delivers up to 24 m³/h on eight lamps with 3″ connections. A 274 mm diameter housing and a 4″ connection set the UV108GPM apart from every model in the series up to and including 24 m³/h. Power consumption is 360 W, power supply 220V, 50–60 Hz.

Wall mounting, vertical or horizontal; about 1 m of free space is left in front of the chamber's end face for replacing the lamps. The quartz sleeves are cleaned every 1–3 months, the lamps' service life is 9000 h, and they are replaced only while wearing cotton gloves. The housing is grounded with a copper conductor with a cross-section of at least 1 mm². Each of the nine lamps is powered from a separate unit with status indication. Switching lamps on outside the housing or without water, as well as looking at running lamps, is not allowed.
