UV sterilizer STERILIZER - UV84GPM - 3" (up to 20 m3/h)

The STERILIZER UV84GPM is a flow-through ultraviolet sterilizer with a capacity of up to 20 m³/h. The stainless steel SS304 chamber carries seven PHILIPS lamps in quartz sleeves and provides a radiation dose of 30 mW·s/cm²; connection — 3″ HP connections. This flow rate is chosen for large sites, pools, and facilities.

This is the junior model in the series with a 3″ connection and a 220×846 mm housing. The previous tier, UV72GPM, runs on 2″ connections and delivers up to 16 m³/h with six lamps and 240 W; the next one, UV96GPM, carries eight lamps and up to 24 m³/h with exactly the same chamber dimensions. The seven lamps of the UV84GPM consume 280 W — the radiation dose is the same for every model in the series; what differs is the throughput and the connection size.

Working pressure — up to 6 bar, water temperature +2…+45 °C, power supply 220V, 50–60 Hz. Each lamp is powered from its own unit with indication, so its status is visible without instruments. The housing is hung on the wall vertically or horizontally, leaving about 1 m of free space along the axis for replacing the lamps, and is grounded with a copper conductor with a cross-section of at least 1 mm². The quartz sleeves are cleaned every 1–3 months, and the lamps are replaced at their 9000 h service life, only while wearing cotton gloves. Switching the lamps on outside the housing or without water in the chamber is not allowed, and running lamps must not be looked at.
