UV disinfection up to 7.0 m³/h, 3 PHILIPS lamps, 1.5″ connections
The STERILIZER UV36GPM ultraviolet sterilizer disinfects drinking water with a capacity of up to 7.0 m³/h. The chamber is made of food-grade stainless steel SS304, with three quartz sleeves inside holding PHILIPS lamps with a total power consumption of 120 W; the radiation dose is 30 mW·s/cm². Treatment uses no chemicals and does not change the taste of the water. Connections are 1.5″ HP, working pressure up to 6 bar, water temperature +2…+45 °C. The model is intended for homes, pools, and small facilities.
In the STERILIZER lineup, this is the middle tier. Its 133×885 mm housing is the same as the UV48GPM's, but it has three lamps instead of four, and its capacity is up to 7.0 m³/h versus up to 10 m³/h for its neighbor. The UV36GPM differs from the junior UV24GPM (up to 5.0 m³/h, two lamps, 1″ connections) in having a larger chamber and a bigger connection, while the senior models in the series move up to 2″ and 3″ connections.
Wall mounting, vertical or horizontal; about a meter of free space must be left at the end face for replacing the lamps. The quartz sleeves are cleaned every 1–3 months, the lamps' service life is 9000 h. The lamps are replaced only while wearing cotton gloves, and the housing is grounded with a copper conductor with a cross-section of at least 1 mm². The lamps must not be switched on outside the housing, and power must not be applied to a dry chamber; running lamps must not be looked at. Each lamp is powered from a separate unit, power supply 220V, 50–60 Hz.
