UV sterilizer STERILIZER - UV24GPM - 1" (up to 5 m3/h), PHILIPS lamps

The STERILIZER UV24GPM UV sterilizer disinfects water with ultraviolet at a wavelength of 250–260 nm, without chemicals and without changing the taste. SS304 housing, two quartz sleeves, two PHILIPS lamps, radiation dose — 30 mW·s/cm². Capacity up to 5.0 m³/h, 1″ HP connection — home, pool, small facility.

Among the series models with a 1″ connection, this is the most productive: the junior UV12GPM and UV6GPM deliver 2.5 and 1.8 m³/h on one lamp, while the next model up the line, UV36GPM, already moves to 1.5″ connections and 7.0 m³/h. This one has two lamps and 80 W, versus 40 W for the UV12GPM. The 108 mm chamber diameter is unique in the series: the junior models are 63.5 mm, and the UV36GPM and UV48GPM are 133 mm. Power supply 220V, 50–60 Hz, maximum pressure 6 bar, water temperature +2…+45 °C.

Wall mounting, vertical or horizontal, with about 1 m of clearance in front of the chamber's end face for replacing the lamps. The quartz sleeves are cleaned every 1–3 months, the lamps' service life is 9000 h, and replacement is done only while wearing cotton gloves. The housing is grounded with a copper conductor with a cross-section of at least 1 mm². Each lamp is powered from a separate unit with indication. The lamps must not be switched on outside the housing or without water, and must not be looked at while running.
