UV sterilizer STERILIZER - UV120GPM - 4" (up to 32 m3/h)

The STERILIZER UV120GPM UV sterilizer disinfects water with ultraviolet at a flow of up to 32 m³/h. Chamber of stainless steel SS304, ten PHILIPS lamps in quartz sleeves, radiation dose — 30 mW·s/cm². Intended for large facilities, large pools, marine vessels. Connections 4″ HP, pressure up to 6 bar, water temperature +2…+45 °C.

This is the senior model in the STERILIZER lineup: nothing in the series is more productive, the closest one, UV108GPM, runs up to 28 m³/h on nine lamps. Ten lamps and 400 W are also the maximum for the series. The 274×846 mm chamber dimensions and the 4″ connection match the UV108GPM, while further down the lineup, starting from UV96GPM, come 3″ connections and a 220 mm diameter housing. Power supply 220V, 50–60 Hz.

The sterilizer is mounted on the wall vertically or horizontally; about 1 m of space is needed in front of the chamber's end face for replacing the lamps. The quartz sleeves are cleaned every 1–3 months, the lamps' service life is 9000 h; replacement is done only while wearing cotton gloves. The housing is grounded with a copper conductor with a cross-section of at least 1 mm². Each of the ten lamps runs from its own power supply unit with status indication. The lamps must not be switched on outside the housing or without water, and must not be looked at while running.
