UV sterilizer STERILIZER - UV48GPM - 1.5" (up to 10 m3/h), PHILIPS lamps

The STERILIZER UV48GPM ultraviolet sterilizer disinfects water with a capacity of up to 10 m³/h without chemicals. The food-grade stainless steel SS304 chamber holds four quartz sleeves with PHILIPS lamps, total power consumption — 160 W, radiation dose — 30 mW·s/cm². Connection via 1.5″ HP connections, working pressure up to 6 bar, water temperature +2…+45 °C. Typical sites are a cottage, a pool, a production line.

This is the senior model among those connected with a 1.5″ pipe. The 133×885 mm housing matches the UV36GPM's, but here there are four lamps versus three, 160 W versus 120 W, and a capacity of up to 10 m³/h versus up to 7.0 m³/h. The next tier in the series, UV60GPM, already requires 2″ connections and a 168×885 mm housing, so the UV48GPM remains the top option for a one-and-a-half-inch pipeline.

The sterilizer is mounted on the wall vertically or horizontally; about a meter is left at the end face for removing the lamps. The quartz sleeves are cleaned every 1–3 months, the lamps' service life is 9000 h; they should be replaced while wearing cotton gloves, without touching the bulb. The housing is grounded with a copper conductor with a cross-section of at least 1 mm². The lamps must not be switched on outside the housing, and power must not be applied to the chamber without water; lit lamps must not be looked at. Each lamp is powered by a separate unit with status indication, power supply 220V, 50–60 Hz.
