UV sterilizer STERILIZER - UV60GPM - 2" (up to 12 m3/h), PHILIPS lamps

The STERILIZER UV60GPM ultraviolet sterilizer is rated for a flow of up to 12 m³/h and disinfects water without chemicals. The food-grade stainless steel SS304 chamber has five quartz sleeves with PHILIPS lamps installed, total power consumption — 200 W, radiation dose — 30 mW·s/cm². Connections 2″ HP, pressure up to 6 bar, water temperature +2…+45 °C. Application areas are cottages, pools, and facilities with continuous water draw.

This is the junior model in the subgroup with a two-inch connection. The 168×885 mm housing is the same as the UV72GPM's, but it has five lamps instead of six, and a capacity of up to 12 m³/h versus up to 16 m³/h. It differs from the UV48GPM (up to 10 m³/h, four lamps, 133×885 mm housing, 1.5″ connections) in having a wider chamber and a bigger connection, which noticeably reduces head loss on the same line. The more productive models in the lineup move up to 3″ connections.

Wall mounting, vertical or horizontal; about a meter of clearance is needed at the end face to pull out the lamps. The quartz sleeves are rinsed every 1–3 months, the lamps' service life is 9000 h, and replacement is done while wearing cotton gloves. The housing is grounded with a copper conductor with a cross-section of at least 1 mm². The lamps must not be switched on outside the housing, and power must not be applied to the chamber without water; running lamps must not be looked at. Each lamp has its own power supply unit with indication, power supply 220V, 50–60 Hz.
