UV sterilizer STERILIZER - UV12GPM - 1" (up to 2.5 m3/h), PHILIPS lamp

The STERILIZER UV12GPM UV sterilizer disinfects drinking water with ultraviolet at a wavelength of 250–260 nm — without chemicals and without changing the taste of the water. Housing of food-grade stainless steel SS304, one PHILIPS lamp in a quartz sleeve, radiation dose — 30 mW·s/cm². Capacity up to 2.5 m³/h, 1″ HP connection: home, summer house, café.

In the STERILIZER line, this is the second model from the bottom. The junior UV6GPM is rated for 1.8 m³/h at 25 W, and the next model, UV24GPM, for 5.0 m³/h and already has two lamps. The UV12GPM remains single-lamp at 40 W, and differs from the UV6GPM in chamber length: the diameter is the same, 63.5 mm, but the length is 885 mm versus 590 mm. Connections are 1″ HP — same as both neighboring models; power supply 220V ±10%, 50–60 Hz, maximum pressure 6 bar, water temperature +2…+45 °C.

The sterilizer is placed on the wall vertically or horizontally, leaving about 1 m in front of the chamber's end face for replacing the lamp. The quartz sleeve is cleaned every 1–3 months, the lamp's service life is 9000 h, roughly 12 months of operation. The lamp is replaced only while wearing cotton gloves, and the housing is grounded with a copper conductor with a cross-section of at least 1 mm². The power supply unit has status indication. The lamp must not be switched on outside the housing or without water, and must not be looked at while running.
