UV sterilizer DUV-1-87-N BAT23

A single-lamp UV disinfection unit with a capacity of 7.5 m³/h at T=90%. Treats drinking water, industrial process and utility water, pool water, and treated wastewater. The emitting element used is a low-pressure mercury lamp with a low heating temperature during operation, which allows the unit to be used in systems with low flow rates as well, including those with periods of short-term stagnation. On less transparent water, the flow rate is lower: 7 m³/h at T=85%, 5.1 m³/h on drinking water at T=70%, and 3.2 m³/h on treated wastewater at the same transmittance.

In the range of basic designs, this is the first model that requires a G 2" tie-in instead of the G1" used on the DUV-1-21-N and DUV-1-48-N, with power consumption rising to 95 W against 52 W on the DUV-1-48-N. The next tier of the section is the DUV-1A120-N BAT23 with 140 W and 10 m³/h at T=90%, so this unit fills the middle of the line, where a single chamber and a single control panel are still sufficient.

The disinfection chamber is rated for pressure up to 10 atm. The scope of delivery includes the disinfection chamber, a compact control panel, a mounting kit, and a documentation set.
