UV sterilizer DUV-1A700-N MAT23

DUV-1A700-N MAT23 is a single-lamp UV sterilizer in the MASTER design for reagent-free water disinfection. Capacity 70 m³/h at T=90%, 61 m³/h at T=85%, at T=70% — 39 m³/h on drinking water and 24 m³/h on wastewater. Power consumption 540 W, flanged connection, DN 100.

Within the MAT23 design, this is the most productive single-lamp unit: further up the range come the multi-lamp units — the DUV-2A500-N MAT23 with 100 m³/h at T=90% and 1100 W power, and on up to the DUV-5A500-N MAT23. Compared with the like-named DUV-1A700-N AAT23, the hydraulics are unchanged: the same 70 m³/h at T=90% and the same DN 100 flange. The difference is in design — MASTER belongs to the professional series with capacity up to 150 m³/h, where the UV intensity control system is certified, the chemical flush unit is part of the unit, and control is built for a SCADA connection.

The control panel with a Russian-language interface supports remote control and monitoring. The chemical flush is started from the control panel, and starting it is blocked while the lamps are running, which removes the risk of operator error; lamp power can optionally be regulated by an external control signal. The lamps are amalgam type, energy-efficient, with a service life of 12 000—16 000 h.
