UV sterilizer, 115 m³/h at T=85%, 1300 W, DN 100 flange
The DUV-2A700-N MAT23 UV sterilizer is designed for reagent-free disinfection of water in the flow at industrial and municipal facilities. The MASTER series unit is fitted with a UV intensity control system and a chemical flush unit for the quartz sleeves. Capacity depends on water transparency: 115 m³/h at T=85%, and at T=70% — 71 m³/h on drinking water and 45 m³/h on wastewater. The connection is flanged, DN 100.
It differs from the DUV-2A500-N MAT23, which precedes it in the range, in higher flow rates at the same DN 100 connection size: 115 m³/h against 82 m³/h at T=85% and 45 m³/h against 32 m³/h on wastewater at T=70%; power consumption is higher — 1300 W against 1100 W. Compared with the DUV-1A700-N of the same size, which has 61 m³/h at T=85% and 540 W, this is a noticeably more powerful unit. Further up the range come models with a DN 150 and DN 200 flange.
Control is centered on a control panel with a touch panel and a Russian-language interface: all parameters are displayed and set, and remote control and a SCADA connection are available. The chemical flush cannot be started while the lamps are running — the interlock is built into the control panel. Lamp power can optionally be regulated by an external signal. The lamps are amalgam type, with a service life of 12 000—16 000 h.
