UV sterilizer DUV-1-21-N BAT23

A single-lamp UV water disinfection unit: drinking water, industrial process and utility water, pool water, treated wastewater. The emitting element used is a low-pressure mercury lamp — it heats up only slightly during operation, so the unit can be used in systems with low flow rates of the water being treated, including those with periods of short-term stagnation. Capacity depends on water transmittance: 2.1 m³/h at T=90%, 2 m³/h at T=85%, 1.4 m³/h on drinking water at T=70%, and 1.2 m³/h on treated wastewater at the same transmittance.

This is the entry-level model of the DUV section: power consumption is 24 W against 52 W for the DUV-1-48-N and 95 W for the DUV-1-87-N. The connection is a G1" fitting, as on the DUV-1-48-N, while the more productive models in the range already move to G 2" and DN 100. This model's specification explicitly states that no UV sensor is fitted: radiation intensity control appears in the AAT23 design.

The disinfection chamber is rated for pressure up to 10 atm. The scope of delivery includes the disinfection chamber, a compact control panel, a mounting kit, and a documentation set.
