UV sterilizer DUV-1A500-N MAT23

DUV-1A500-N MAT23 is a single-lamp UV sterilizer in the MASTER design for reagent-free water disinfection. Capacity: 50 m³/h at T=90%, 44 m³/h at T=85%, at T=70% — 28 m³/h on drinking water and 18 m³/h on wastewater. Power consumption 440 W, flanged connection, DN 100.

The hydraulics do not differ from the like-named DUV-1A500-N AAT23 — the difference is in equipment and automation. MASTER is a series of professional units with capacity up to 150 m³/h, where the UV intensity control system is certified and the chemical flush unit is included rather than offered as an option; the control panel provides a Russian-language interface, remote control, and monitoring with a SCADA connection option. In the MAT23 range, the model sits between the DUV-1A350-N MAT23 (30 m³/h at T=90%, 330 W) and the DUV-1A700-N MAT23 (70 m³/h at T=90%, 540 W).

The chemical flush is started from the control panel, which rules out turning it on while the lamps are running — a typical operator error. Lamp power regulation by an external control signal is optionally available. The lamps are amalgam type, energy-efficient, with a service life of 12 000—16 000 h. In the series, control panels of multi-lamp units are fitted with a touch panel that displays and sets all equipment parameters.
