UV sterilizer DUV-1A700-N AAT23

DUV-1A700-N AAT23 is a single-lamp UV sterilizer for reagent-free water disinfection in a pressure line. Capacity 70 m³/h at T=90%, 61 m³/h at T=85%, at T=70% — 39 m³/h on drinking water and 24 m³/h on wastewater. Power consumption 540 W, flanged connection, DN 100.

This is the top of the range in the AAT23 design: the ADVANCED series brings together compact single-lamp units with capacity up to 70 m³/h, and this model reaches that limit — the closest, the DUV-1A500-N AAT23, delivers 50 m³/h at T=90% and consumes 440 W with the same DN 100 flange. Compared with the like-named DUV-1A700-N MAT23, flow rate and connection do not differ; the difference is in equipment: UV intensity control and remote control are present, but the chemical flush unit is offered only as an option, and control is limited to the unit's own control panel.

The control panel is compact, with indication of the main operating parameters; it can be switched on and off remotely, by a discrete signal. The amalgam lamps last 12 000—16 000 h and are separated from the water by a quartz sleeve assembled with a seal. The disinfection chamber withstands pressure up to 10 atm and is fitted with conveniently placed drain fittings; the temperature sensor is integrated into the automatic shutdown system.
