UV sterilizer DUV-1-48-N BAT23

A single-lamp UV disinfection unit for drinking water, industrial process and utility water, pool water, and treated wastewater. The emitting element is a low-pressure mercury lamp, distinguished by a low heating temperature during operation, so the unit is suitable for systems with low flow rates of the water being treated, including those with periods of short-term stagnation. Capacity depends on water transmittance: 3.2 m³/h at T=90%, 3 m³/h at T=85%, 2.2 m³/h on drinking water at T=70%, and 1.4 m³/h on treated wastewater at the same transmittance.

In the range of basic designs, this is the middle tier: more productive than the DUV-1-21-N BAT23 (2.1 m³/h at T=90%, 24 W) with the same G1" connection, but behind the DUV-1-87-N BAT23 (7.5 m³/h at T=90%, 95 W), which already needs a G 2" tie-in. Compared with the like-named DUV-1-48-N AAT23, it differs in equipment: the same 52 W and the same flow rates, but without UV intensity control, remote control, or a temperature sensor — operation is handled from the compact control panel.

The disinfection chamber is rated for pressure up to 10 atm. The scope of delivery includes the disinfection chamber, a compact control panel, a mounting kit, and a documentation set.
