UV sterilizer DUV-1A120-N BAT23

The DUV-1A120-N BAT23 is a compact single-lamp unit for disinfecting drinking water, industrial process and utility water, pool water, and treated wastewater. At T=90%, capacity is 10 m³/h, at T=85% — 8 m³/h; on drinking water at T=70% — 5.8 m³/h, on treated wastewater — 3.6 m³/h. Power consumption 140 W, connection type G 2".

The emitting element here is a low-pressure mercury lamp. Its feature is a low heating temperature during operation, which is why the unit is used in systems with low flow rates of the water being treated, including those with periods of short-term stagnation. This is exactly how the BAT23 design differs from the DUV-1A120-N AAT23 and DUV-1A120-N MAT23, which have the same hydraulic rating: those have amalgam lamps with a service life of 12 000—16 000 h and added UV intensity control, and the MAT23 additionally has a chemical flush unit with a SCADA output. In the BAT23 range, the model ranks above the DUV-1-87-N BAT23 (7.5 m³/h at T=90%, 95 W) and below the DUV-1A250-N BAT23 (20 m³/h, 230 W).

The scope of delivery includes a disinfection chamber rated for pressure up to 10 atm, a compact control panel, a mounting kit, and a documentation set.
