UV sterilizer DUV-1A350-N AAT23

A single-lamp UV water disinfection unit in the ADVANCED design. Capacity — 30 m³/h at T=90%, 19 m³/h on drinking water and 12 m³/h on treated wastewater at T=70%; power consumption 330 W, G 2" connection. The disinfection chamber is rated for pressure up to 10 atm and fitted with conveniently placed drain fittings, and the lamp is separated from the water by a quartz sleeve assembled with a seal.

In this section's ADVANCED line, the model occupies the middle tier: the DUV-1A250-N delivers 20 m³/h at T=90% and 230 W, the DUV-1A500-N — 50 m³/h at 440 W with a DN 100 connection, and the DUV-1A700-N — 70 m³/h. Compared with the MAT23 design of the same size, which has the same 30 m³/h and 330 W, this unit differs in equipment: the chemical flush unit is available as an option, and remote on/off is carried out by a discrete signal, whereas MASTER is built for control and monitoring with a SCADA connection.

The unit includes a UV intensity control system and a compact control panel with indication of the main operating parameters. The temperature sensor is integrated into the automatic shutdown system. The lamps are amalgam type, with a service life of 12 000—16 000 h. Weight — 18 kg.
