UV sterilizer DUV-1A250-N MAT23

A UV water disinfection unit in the MASTER design — a professional series with a UV intensity control system and a chemical flush unit. Capacity depends on water quality: 20 m³/h at T=90%, 17 m³/h at T=85%, 12.2 m³/h on drinking water and 7.7 m³/h on treated wastewater at T=70%. Power consumption — 230 W, G 2" connection. The lamps are amalgam type, with a service life of 12 000—16 000 h.

The hydraulics are the same as in the AAT23 and BAT23 designs of this size — the same 20 m³/h at T=90% and 230 W with a G 2" connection. MAT23 differs in automation: the chemical flush unit is part of the unit, whereas in the ADVANCED design it is optional; remote control and monitoring with a SCADA connection option are provided, along with optional lamp power regulation by an external signal. In this section's MASTER line, the model is one of the entry-level ones: the next tiers are the DUV-1A350-N (30 m³/h at T=90%, 330 W) and the multi-lamp units starting from the DUV-2A500-N.

Starting the chemical flush from the control panel is disabled while the lamps are running — the interlock keeps the operator from starting the process at the wrong time. The control interface is in Russian; control panels of the series' multi-lamp units are fitted with a touch panel. Weight — 30 kg.
