UV sterilizer DUV-1A500-N AAT23

DUV-1A500-N AAT23 is a single-lamp UV sterilizer for reagent-free water disinfection in a pressure line. Capacity depends on water transmittance: 50 m³/h at T=90%, 44 m³/h at T=85%, at T=70% — 28 m³/h on drinking water and 18 m³/h on wastewater. Power consumption 440 W, flanged connection, DN 100.

The ADVANCED design consists of compact single-lamp units up to 70 m³/h with UV intensity control and remote control; the chemical flush unit here is optional, whereas on the like-named DUV-1A500-N MAT23 it is included together with a certified UV intensity control system and a SCADA connection. By flow rate, the model sits between the DUV-1A350-N AAT23 (30 m³/h at T=90%) and the DUV-1A700-N AAT23 (70 m³/h at T=90%): they share a DN 100 flange, while power differs — 440 W against 540 W for the higher-tier unit.

Operation is managed by a compact control panel with indication of the main parameters; switching on and off is possible remotely, by a discrete signal. Amalgam lamps with a service life of 12 000—16 000 h are separated from the water by a quartz sleeve assembled with a seal. The disinfection chamber is rated for pressure up to 10 atm and fitted with drain fittings, and the temperature sensor feeds into the automatic shutdown system.
