UV sterilizer DUV-4A500-N MAT23

The DUV-4A500-N MAT23 UV sterilizer is designed for reagent-free disinfection of large water flows — at water intakes, treatment facilities, and recirculating systems. The MASTER series unit is equipped with a UV intensity control system and a chemical flush unit. Capacity depends on the medium's transparency: 210 m³/h at T=85%, and at T=70% — 116 m³/h on drinking water and 73 m³/h on wastewater. The connection is flanged, DN 200.

This is one of the two most productive positions in the section. Against the DUV-3A500-N MAT23, it delivers 210 m³/h instead of 143 m³/h at T=85%, consumes 2000 W instead of 1600 W, and connects with a DN 200 flange instead of DN 150; relative to the DUV-2A500-N MAT23 with its 82 m³/h and 1100 W, the gap is even more noticeable. The rated flow rates and power match the higher-numbered DUV-5A500-N MAT23, so the choice between them rests on layout: this unit's weight is 205 kg.

Control is provided through a control panel with a touch panel and a Russian-language interface, from which all parameters are displayed and set; remote control and a SCADA connection are supported. The chemical flush does not start while the lamps are lit — the interlock is built into the control panel's logic. Lamp power can optionally be regulated by an external signal. The lamps are amalgam type, with a service life of 12 000—16 000 h.
