UV sterilizer DUV-1A350-N MAT23

A UV water disinfection unit in the MASTER design — a professional series with a UV intensity control system and a chemical flush unit. Capacity — 30 m³/h at T=90%, 27 m³/h at T=85%, 19 m³/h on drinking water and 12 m³/h on treated wastewater at T=70%. Power consumption 330 W, G 2" connection. The lamps are amalgam type, with a service life of 12 000—16 000 h.

In hydraulics this is the same product as the DUV-1A350-N AAT23: the same 30 m³/h at T=90%, the same 330 W and G 2". The difference is in equipment: on MASTER the chemical flush unit is standard, whereas on ADVANCED it is optional; remote control and monitoring with a SCADA connection option are provided, along with optional lamp power regulation by an external signal. Within the MASTER line, the unit is one tier above the DUV-1A250-N (20 m³/h at T=90%, 230 W) and one tier below the DUV-1A500-N (50 m³/h, 440 W, DN 100 connection).

Starting the chemical flush from the control panel while the lamps are running is blocked, which removes the risk of operator error. The control interface is in Russian; control panels of the series' multi-lamp units are fitted with a touch panel. Weight — 18 kg.
