UV sterilizer DUV-1A250-N AAT23

DUV-1A250-N AAT23 is a compact single-lamp UV water disinfection unit for flow-through operation. At T=90% it processes 20 m³/h, at T=85% — 17 m³/h; on drinking water at T=70% capacity is 12.2 m³/h, on treated wastewater — 7.7 m³/h. Power consumption 230 W, G 2" connection, the disinfection chamber is rated for pressure up to 10 atm and fitted with drain fittings.

Relative to the DUV-1A120-N AAT23, the model is twice as productive (20 against 10 m³/h at T=90%) with the same G 2" thread, and power has risen from 140 to 230 W. The next tier of the ADVANCED series, the DUV-1A350-N AAT23, delivers 30 m³/h and consumes 330 W, and starting with the DUV-1A500-N AAT23 the connection changes to a DN 100 flange. The same size is also produced in the BAT23 and MAT23 designs with the same hydraulic rating — they differ in equipment and automation, while AAT23 gets a UV intensity control system and remote on/off by a discrete signal as standard, with the chemical flush unit optional.

The emitters are amalgam lamps with a service life of 12 000—16 000 h; a quartz sleeve assembled with a seal protects the lamp from water ingress. The compact control panel shows the main operating parameters, and a built-in temperature sensor is linked to the automatic shutdown system.
