UV sterilizer DUV-1A120-N MAT23

The DUV-1A120-N MAT23 is a UV water disinfection unit in the MASTER design, a professional line with capacity up to 150 m³/h. At T=90%, the model treats 10 m³/h, at T=85% — 8 m³/h; on drinking water at T=70%, capacity is 5.8 m³/h, on treated wastewater — 3.6 m³/h. Power consumption 140 W, connection type G 2".

Its hydraulic rating is the same as the DUV-1A120-N AAT23 and DUV-1A120-N BAT23, so the choice between designs is a choice of equipment. The UV intensity control system here is certified, the chemical flush unit is part of the unit rather than offered as an option, as in ADVANCED; starting the flush from the control panel is impossible while the lamps are running, which prevents operator error. Remote control and monitoring with a SCADA connection are available, and lamp power regulation by an external control signal is optional. BAT23 has none of this: it has a low-pressure mercury lamp and a set consisting of a chamber, a control panel, a mounting kit, and documentation.

The control interface is in Russian. The lamps are amalgam type, energy-efficient, and environmentally safe, with a service life of 12 000—16 000 h. In the MAT23 range, the model is entry-level: the DUV-1A250-N MAT23 delivers 20 m³/h at T=90% and consumes 230 W, the DUV-1A350-N MAT23 — 30 m³/h and 330 W.
