UV sterilizer DUV-1-48-N AAT23

A single-lamp UV water disinfection unit in the AAT23 design (ADVANCED series). Used for drinking water, industrial process and utility water, pool water, and treated wastewater. Capacity depends on water transmittance: 3.2 m³/h at T=90%, 3 m³/h at T=85%, 2.2 m³/h on drinking water at T=70%, and 1.4 m³/h on wastewater at the same transmittance. Power consumption — 52 W, connection type — G1".

By capacity, power, and connection, the model matches the DUV-1-48-N BAT23, but differs from it in equipment: this one has a UV intensity control system, remote on/off of the unit by a discrete signal, a temperature sensor integrated into the automatic shutdown system, and an optionally available chemical flush unit. The lamp is amalgam type, with a service life of 12 000—16 000 h, whereas the basic design runs on a low-pressure mercury lamp. In the range of AAT23 designs, this model is entry-level — next come the DUV-1A120-N with 140 W and the DUV-1A250-N with 230 W.

The disinfection chamber is rated for pressure up to 10 atm and fitted with conveniently placed drain fittings. The quartz sleeve comes assembled with a seal that protects the lamp from water ingress; the control panel is compact, with indication of the unit's main operating parameters.
