UV sterilizer DUV-1A120-N AAT23

The DUV-1A120-N AAT23 is a compact single-lamp UV water disinfection unit operating in flow mode. At T=90% it treats 10 m³/h, at T=85% — 8 m³/h; on drinking water at T=70%, capacity is 5.8 m³/h, and on treated wastewater at the same indicator — 3.6 m³/h. Power consumption 140 W, G 2" connection. The disinfection chamber is rated for pressure up to 10 atm and fitted with drain fittings.

AAT23 is a design of the ADVANCED series: UV intensity control, remote on/off by a discrete signal, a control panel with indication of the main operating parameters, and an optional chemical flush unit. Hydraulically the model matches the DUV-1A120-N BAT23 and DUV-1A120-N MAT23, but on BAT23 the emitter is a low-pressure mercury lamp and the set is limited to a chamber, a control panel, a mounting kit, and documentation; the MAT23 from the MASTER series carries a certified intensity control system, a standard chemical flush unit, and a SCADA output. Among the ADVANCED units of size A, this is the entry-level one: the DUV-1A250-N AAT23 delivers 20 m³/h at T=90% and consumes 230 W, the DUV-1A350-N AAT23 — 30 m³/h and 330 W.

The emitters are amalgam lamps with a service life of 12 000—16 000 h; a quartz sleeve assembled with a seal protects the lamp from water ingress, and a built-in temperature sensor is linked to the automatic shutdown system.
