The ROS-375L reverse osmosis unit is used for deep purification and desalination of seawater and wastewater with purification up to 99.7%. The permeate is directed to drinking purposes or into the process loop. Operation runs under high pressure — up to 6.0 MPa, the typical conversion rate for marine-type groundwater and surface water is up to 50%.
The unit has three membrane elements of size 4040 and a rated 375 l/h. This is the third position in the range: three times the capacity of the single-element ROS-125L, one and a half times that of ROS-250L, and half that of ROS-750L; the senior ROS-1000L delivers 1000 l/h on eight elements. Three elements is the maximum for a three-position fiberglass membrane module 1000psi, the largest in the series lineup.
Control is automatic: a freely programmable controller with parameter adjustment and data visualization on the display. The equipment, including the high-pressure pump, is fitted on a stainless steel frame. Commissioning and maintenance must be carried out by qualified personnel. At the customer's request, additional options and delivery in a block-modular design are available.
