Seawater desalination 125 l/h, one membrane element 4040
The ROS-125L reverse osmosis unit desalinates seawater and wastewater with purification up to 99.7%; the resulting permeate goes to drinking or process needs. The membrane block operates under pressure up to 6.0 MPa, the typical conversion rate for marine-type groundwater and surface water — up to 50%.
The model is built on one membrane element of size 4040 and delivers a rated 125 l/h — the start of the range. ROS-250L, with two elements, delivers twice as much, ROS-375L three times as much, and the senior ROS-1000L on eight elements delivers 1000 l/h. Only ROS-60L, standing outside the 4040 range, has lower capacity in the series. The series package includes fiberglass membrane modules 1000psi in single-, double- and triple-position designs.
The unit operates automatically under the control of a freely programmable controller: parameters are changed from the panel, current data is displayed. All equipment, including the high-pressure pump, is mounted on a stainless steel frame. Commissioning and maintenance require qualified personnel. At the customer's request, the system is supplemented with optional equipment or supplied in a block-modular design.
