SWT ROS-4 (8040/60 bar) - seawater reverse osmosis unit with pump

SWT ROS-4 is an industrial reverse osmosis unit on membrane elements 8040 with an operating pressure of 60 bar and a pump included, designed for seawater. The unit reduces the total mineralization of the raw water — hardness salts, heavy metals, fluorides, nitrates, ammonium — as well as the content of organic substances, bacteria and viruses, bringing the water to the required standards.

In the series, only ROS-2 on 4040 elements stands next to it: at the same operating pressure of 60 bar, ROS-4 uses membrane elements of a larger size, making it the senior of the two units.

The unit is connected to the raw water line, the purified water discharge line, the drain, and the power supply with parameters from the "Technical Conditions" section. Shutdowns are provided for only scheduled maintenance, component repair, chemical regenerations and commissioning of adjacent equipment. Selecting the model and type of reverse osmosis membranes requires an analysis of the raw water per the questionnaire and the requirements for purified water quality.
