Seawater desalination 875 l/h, 7 membranes 4040, up to 99.7%
The ROS-875L reverse osmosis unit is designed for deep purification and desalination of seawater and wastewater: purification up to 99.7%, and the resulting water is used both as drinking water and for process needs. The typical conversion rate for marine-type groundwater and surface water is up to 50% — the rest of the flow goes into the concentrate, and this should be factored into the water intake and discharge calculation.
Models in the ROS series differ by the number of membrane housings: ROS-875L is built on seven housings of size 4040 and occupies the second-to-last step of the range — only ROS-1000L (8/4040) is higher. The junior ROS-125L carries one housing, the mid-range ROS-500L and ROS-625L carry four and five, while the compact ROS-60L stands apart from the range. This set of housings gives a capacity of 875 l/h and is designed for facilities with constant high water draw, not occasional peak demand.
The system operates under high pressure, up to 6.0 MPa, with full process automation: a freely programmable controller allows parameters to be changed and displays data. The equipment is mounted on a stainless steel frame, and the standard package includes a high-pressure pump and fiberglass membrane modules 1000psi. Commissioning and maintenance require qualified personnel. At the customer's request, the unit is fitted with additional equipment, including in a block-modular design.
