SWT ROS-750L (6/4040) - seawater reverse osmosis unit with pump

A reverse osmosis unit for desalination of seawater and wastewater with purification up to 99.7%. The purified water is used as drinking water or directed to process needs. Desalination runs under high pressure — up to 6.0 MPa; the typical conversion rate for marine-type groundwater and surface water reaches up to 50%.

ROS-750L carries six membrane modules 4040 and delivers 750 l/h — one of the senior models in the series. It has 125 l/h more capacity than the five-module ROS-625L and six times that of the base one-module ROS-125L; only ROS-875L and ROS-1000L with seven and eight modules remain higher in the range. This capacity is chosen when the hourly flow of the mid-range models is no longer enough, but the eight-module unit would be excessive: otherwise, only the number of membrane modules differs across the series.

The process is controlled by a freely programmable controller: parameters are changed on site, operating data is displayed, and operator intervention is not required in normal mode. The equipment is fitted on a stainless steel frame and includes a high-pressure pump and fiberglass membrane modules 1000psi. Commissioning and maintenance are carried out by qualified personnel. The unit can be supplemented with additional equipment, including in a block-modular design.
