SWT ROS-625L (5/4040) - seawater reverse osmosis unit with pump

A reverse osmosis unit for desalination of seawater and wastewater. Purification depth — up to 99.7%, the permeate is suitable for drinking water supply and for process lines. Desalination operating pressure — up to 6.0 MPa, the typical conversion rate for marine-type groundwater and surface water — up to 50%.

ROS-625L has five membrane modules of size 4040 and a rated capacity of 625 l/h — the upper half of the range. That's one module more than ROS-500L and one less than ROS-750L: the step between neighboring models in the series is 125 l/h. Against the junior single-module ROS-125L the difference is fivefold, and three steps remain to the top of the series — the eight-module ROS-1000L. Design, automation and package contents are the same across the range, so the choice between neighboring models comes down only to the required hourly flow.

Operation of the unit is fully automated: parameters are set on a freely programmable controller, and current data is displayed. All equipment is assembled on a stainless steel frame, and the standard package includes a high-pressure pump and fiberglass membrane modules 1000psi. Only qualified personnel are permitted to carry out commissioning and maintenance. The package can be extended with additional equipment, including in a block-modular design.
