SWT ROS-500L (4/4040) - seawater reverse osmosis unit with pump

An industrial reverse osmosis unit for deep purification and desalination of seawater and wastewater: purification reaches up to 99.7%, the resulting water goes to drinking or process needs. Desalination is carried out under high pressure — up to 6.0 MPa; the typical conversion rate for marine-type groundwater and surface water is up to 50%.

ROS-500L is built on four membrane modules of size 4040 and delivers 500 l/h of permeate — the middle of the series range. It has four times the capacity of the single-section ROS-125L and twice that of the two-section ROS-250L, but is outperformed by the six- and eight-module ROS-750L and ROS-1000L. The step between neighboring models in the range is one membrane module and 125 l/h, so the choice between them comes down to the required hourly flow. The compact ROS-60L stands apart in the range — the smallest model in the series.

The process is fully automated: a freely programmable controller allows operating parameters to be changed and displays data. The equipment is mounted on a stainless steel frame, and the standard package includes a high-pressure pump and fiberglass membrane modules 1000psi. Commissioning and maintenance require qualified personnel. The package can be extended with additional equipment, including in a block-modular design.
