SWT ROS-60L

A compact reverse osmosis desalination unit for seawater: purification reaches up to 99.7%, the resulting water is used as drinking water or for hygiene needs. The unit is quiet, compact and low-cost, and can be mounted in either horizontal or vertical position.

ROS-60L is the smallest model in the ROS series and the only one built around an energy recovery system: power consumption is reduced by 80% compared to conventional systems. The rest of the range — from ROS-125L with one membrane module 4040 to ROS-1000L with eight — comprises stationary frame-mounted units of noticeably higher capacity, designed for continuous process flow. ROS-60L addresses the opposite task: where dimensions, noise and power consumption matter, not hourly capacity. The membrane here is of a different size — 4021.

Control is reduced to a single switch: automatic pressure regulation eliminates the need for control valves and manual operations during operation. The kit includes a desalination unit with an energy recovery system, a feed pump with a seawater filter, a fine mesh filter at the seawater intake, a control panel, a 4021 membrane, and a 5 m desalinated water discharge hose.
