SWT ROB 20 reverse osmosis unit for brackish water with pump (up to 20 m3/h)

SWT ROB 20 is a commercial reverse osmosis unit from the upper part of the ROB series: deep purification and desalination of brackish water from coastal marine areas and wells, as well as effluent treatment with a purification degree of up to 99.5% — the water is used for drinking or process needs. Capacity is up to 20 m3/h. The typical conversion rate for fresh-type groundwater and surface water is from 50% to 65%, with a permeate-to-concentrate ratio from 1:1 to 2:1. The system is designed for a raw water salinity of 4000 mg/l and a temperature of 10 °C.

In the series line-up, this model stands above ROB 11.25 (11.25 m³/h, pump not exceeding 18.5 kW, 3700×1000×1800 mm frame) and ROB 15; only ROB 21 is larger. Unlike the models from ROB 1.5 to ROB 11,25, ROB 20 does not have published connection sizes, dimensions, weight, pre-treatment composition, or pump power — these are agreed at order time together with the installation site and power supply.

The system operates at high pressure, up to 2.1 MPa, with full process automation. A control unit with indication shuts down the unit on pressure and conductivity faults, and the pump is protected against "dry running". Commissioning and maintenance require qualified personnel. At the customer's request, the system is equipped with additional equipment, including in block-modular design.
