SWT ROB-1000L (6/4040-2W) reverse osmosis unit for brackish water with pump

The SWT ROB-1000L commercial reverse osmosis unit in two-element design is intended for deep purification and desalination of brackish water from coastal marine areas and wells, as well as for effluent treatment with a purification degree of up to 99.5%. The resulting permeate is used as drinking water or directed to process needs. The typical conversion rate for brackish-type groundwater and surface water is up to 65 %, and for fresh-type water — up to 85%.

The index 6/4040-2W means six 4040 membrane elements split across two housings: this model differs from the single-element version 6/4040-1W specifically in the layout of the membrane section, with both sharing a rated capacity of 1000 l/h. Within the section this is the middle of the line-up — the smaller ROB-350L, ROB-500L and ROB-700L deliver 350, 500 and 700 l/h with a 2.2 kW pump, while the larger ROB-1150L (7/4040) and ROB-1300L (8/4040) deliver 1150 and 1300 l/h.

The unit operates at pressures up to 2.0 MPa with full process automation: a control unit with indication shuts down the system on pressure and conductivity faults, and the pump is protected against "dry running". The standard scope includes a painted-steel frame and a centrifugal multistage pump; a design with additional equipment, including block-modular, is available. Commissioning and maintenance require qualified personnel.
