SWT ROB 1.5 reverse osmosis unit for brackish water with pump (up to 1.5 m3/h)

The SWT ROB 1.5 reverse osmosis unit is intended for deep purification and desalination of brackish water from coastal marine areas and wells, as well as for effluent treatment with a purification degree of up to 99.5% — with the water subsequently used as drinking water or for process needs. Rated permeate capacity is 1.5 m³/h (1500 l/h). Raw water flow rate in operating mode is 2-4 m³/h, and up to 4 m³/h for flushing. The typical conversion rate for fresh-type groundwater and surface water is from 50% to 65%.

In the series line-up this is the entry-level model: 1.5 m³/h versus 2.25 m³/h for ROB 2.25 and 3 m³/h for ROB 3, not to mention the larger ROB 6 and ROB 11,25. It is built on the single-element 8120-series housing — the same one used for ROB 2.25 — with the same dimensions 1700×800×1800 mm, weight 280 kg / 430 kg, one BB20 mechanical cleaning cartridge, and a pump not exceeding 7.5 kW. Compared with its same-size neighbor, it has lower capacity and a smaller permeate outlet — G 1" versus G 1¼". Starting from ROB 3, the series switches to two BB20 cartridges, a pump not exceeding 11 kW, and a 2700×950×1800 mm frame, meaning it needs noticeably more space and electrical power.

Connection is threaded: raw water inlet and concentrate outlet G 1½", permeate outlet G 1". Mechanical pre-treatment — one replaceable BB20 cartridge.
