SWT ROB-1150L (7/4040) reverse osmosis unit for brackish water with pump

SWT ROB-1150L is a commercial reverse osmosis unit for deep purification and desalination of brackish water from coastal marine areas and wells, as well as for effluent treatment with a purification degree of up to 99.5%; the permeate is directed to drinking or process needs. The typical conversion rate for brackish-type groundwater and surface water is up to 65 %, and for fresh-type water — up to 85%. Rated capacity is 1150 l/h, with a raw water flow rate of 1820 l/h in operating mode.

In the ROB series this is the second-highest step: seven 4040 membrane elements versus six for ROB-1000L and eight for the larger ROB-1300L; by capacity it sits between them. The pump is centrifugal, 3 kW — the same as both neighboring models, whereas the smaller ROB-350L, ROB-500L and ROB-700L come with a 2.2 kW pump. Connections are large: raw water inlet and concentrate outlet G1", permeate outlet G¾" — for models up to and including 700 l/h these are ¾" and ½".

The unit is available in a single-element (4120 series) and a two-element (4220 series) design; capacity, connections and pump are the same for both, and the flushing flow rate differs — 4000 and 2390 l/h respectively. Mechanical pre-treatment — BB20 cartridge.
