SWT ROB-350L (2/4040) reverse osmosis unit for brackish water with pump

The SWT ROB-350L reverse osmosis unit serves for deep purification and desalination of brackish water from coastal marine areas and wells, as well as for effluent treatment: purification degree up to 99.5%, permeate used for drinking or process needs. The typical conversion rate is up to 65% for brackish-type groundwater and surface water, and up to 85% for fresh water. Rated capacity is 350 l/h, with a raw water flow rate in operating mode not exceeding 700 l/h.

This is the entry-level model of the ROB series: two 4040 membranes versus three for ROB-500L and eight for ROB-1300L. The housing and pump are the same as ROB-500L's — dimensions 690×670×1650 mm and 2.2 kW — but the dry weight is the lowest in the series: 90 kg versus 120 kg for ROB-500L and 140 kg for ROB-700L. Mechanical cleaning is handled by a BB10 cartridge, as in ROB-500L; starting from ROB-700L, the series uses BB20. The connections are the most compact: water inlet and concentrate outlet G ¾, permeate outlet G ½, whereas models from 1000 l/h upward connect via a G 1 pipe.

Operation is at pressures up to 2.0 MPa with full process automation. A control unit with indication shuts down the unit on pressure and conductivity faults, and the pump is protected against dry running. Separate CIP wash inlet and outlet G ½ are provided for membrane cleaning; the flushing flow rate is not more than 4000 l/h.
