Reverse osmosis 2.25 m³/h for brackish water, 7.5 kW pump
SWT ROB 2.25 is an industrial reverse osmosis unit for desalinating brackish water from wells and coastal marine areas and for effluent treatment with a purification degree of up to 99.5%: the treated water is used for drinking or process needs. Rated permeate capacity is 2.25 m³/h (2250 l/h). Raw water flow rate in operating mode is 3-5 m³/h, and up to 5 m³/h for flushing. The typical conversion rate for fresh-type groundwater and surface water is from 50% to 65%.
In the series, this model takes the second-lowest position: it is more productive than the entry-level ROB 1.5 with its 1.5 m³/h and falls short of ROB 3 with 3 m³/h. Compared with ROB 1,5, it differs only in capacity and a larger permeate outlet — G 1¼" versus G 1" — the size class is the same: single-element 8120-series housing, one BB20 mechanical cleaning cartridge, pump not exceeding 7.5 kW, dimensions 1700×800×1800 mm, weight 280 kg / 430 kg. The next model up, ROB 3, is already built with two BB20 cartridges, a pump not exceeding 11 kW, and a 2700×950×1800 mm frame, so moving up a step means both a different installation footprint and a different connected power.
Connection is threaded: raw water inlet and concentrate outlet G 1½", permeate outlet G 1¼". Mechanical pre-treatment — one replaceable BB20 cartridge.
