SWT ROB-1300L (8/4040) reverse osmosis unit for brackish water with pump

SWT ROB-1300L is the top commercial reverse osmosis unit in the ROB series: deep purification and desalination of brackish water from coastal marine areas and wells, as well as effluent treatment with a purification degree of up to 99.5%, after which the permeate is used as drinking water or in process operations. The typical conversion rate for brackish-type groundwater and surface water is up to 65 %, and for fresh-type water — up to 85%. Rated capacity is 1300 l/h, with a raw water flow rate of ≤ 2000 l/h in operating mode and ≤ 4000 l/h during flushing.

This is the most productive model in the section: eight 4040 membrane elements versus seven for ROB-1150L and six for ROB-1000L. Along with capacity, the connections also grew — water inlet and concentrate outlet 1", permeate outlet ¾" (G thread) — as did the frame: dimensions 2400×440×1600 mm, narrow and elongated along the front, unlike the compact 690×670×1650 mm of ROB-350L and ROB-500L. Weight is 220 kg dry and 320 kg packaged, versus 120 kg for ROB-500L. Separate CIP wash connections ¾" / ½" are provided, the pump is 3 kW, and mechanical pre-treatment uses a BB20 cartridge.

The unit operates at pressures up to 2.0 MPa with full process automation: a control unit with indication shuts down the system on pressure and conductivity faults, and the pump is protected against "dry running".
