SWT ROB 3.75 reverse osmosis unit for brackish water with pump (up to 3.75 m3/h)

SWT ROB 3.75 is an industrial reverse osmosis unit with a capacity of 3.75 m³/h (3750 l/h) on two-element 8220-series housings. It is designed for deep purification and desalination of brackish water from coastal marine areas and wells, as well as for effluent treatment with a purification degree of up to 99.5%, for the water to subsequently be used as drinking water or for process needs. The typical conversion rate for fresh-type groundwater and surface water is from 50% to 65%; in operating mode the unit draws 5-7 m³/h of raw water, and up to 7 m³/h during flushing, and the well and concentrate discharge are sized for this flow rate.

In the series, this model sits between ROB 3 and ROB 4,5. The 2700×950×1800 mm frame and the pump not exceeding 11 kW are the same for all three; capacity and weight differ: 400 kg / 550 kg here versus 330 kg / 480 kg for ROB 3 and 450 kg / 600 kg for ROB 4,5. Mechanical pre-treatment still uses BB20 cartridges (2 pcs.), as in the smaller models of the series — the series switches to CF cartridges starting from ROB 4,5. Connections are also inherited from ROB 3: water inlet and concentrate outlet 1½", permeate outlet 1¼", whereas ROB 4.5 already has the permeate outlet at 1½".

All connections use G thread. Replaceable BB20 cartridges determine the range of consumables worth keeping on site.

By capacity it sits between SWT ROB-3 (3 m³/h (3000 l/h)) and SWT ROB-4.5 (4.5 m³/h (4500 l/h)): 3.75 m³/h (3750 l/h). Water flow rate, operating mode 5-7 m³/h against 4-6 m³/h on SWT ROB-3. Water flow rate, flushing up to 7 m³/h against up to 6 m³/h on SWT ROB-3. Weight 400 kg / 550 kg against 450 kg / 600 kg on SWT ROB-4.5.

One step up by capacity — SWT ROB-4.5: permeate outlet 1½" instead of 1¼", filtration CF cartridge, quantity - 2 pcs instead of BB20 cartridge, quantity - 2 pcs.
