SWT ROB 11.25 reverse osmosis unit for brackish water with pump (up to 11.25 m3/h)

The SWT ROB 11.25 industrial reverse osmosis unit desalinates brackish water from coastal marine areas and wells and treats effluent with a purification degree of up to 99.5%, so the resulting water can be used as drinking water or in process operations. Permeate capacity is 11.25 m³/h (11250 l/h). Raw water flow rate in operating mode is 15-17 m³/h, and up to 17 m³/h for flushing. The typical conversion rate for fresh-type groundwater and surface water is from 50% to 65%, meaning the supply must be sized with a margin over the permeate output.

Among the models in the series from ROB 1.5 to ROB 7,5, this is the only one on the three-element 8320-series housing. ROB 6 and ROB 7,5, with the same 3700×1000×1800 mm frame, have three CF cartridges each and a pump not exceeding 15 kW; here it is four CF cartridges and a pump not exceeding 18.5 kW. The weight, 950 kg / 1000 kg, is also the largest in this line-up: ROB 7.5 is 720 kg / 950 kg, and ROB 6 is 630 kg / 860 kg. The connections are also larger: raw water inlet and concentrate outlet G 2½", permeate outlet G 2", whereas ROB 6 and ROB 7.5 have 2" and 1½" respectively. Only ROB 15, ROB 20 and ROB 21 stand higher in capacity within the series.
