SWT RO DUO-1.5 - 2-stage reverse osmosis unit with pump (up to 1.5 m3/h)

Two-stage reverse osmosis system for a flow rate up to 1.5 m3/h, with a pump included in the unit. It deeply purifies and desalinates water — purification degree up to 99.9 % — for further use in process applications. Working pressure up to 1.3 MPa, typical conversion rate for fresh-type groundwater and surface water — up to 75 %.

Of the six sizes in the RO DUO series, this model ranks second by capacity: only RO DUO-3.0, which is twice as productive, delivers more. Relative to the middle and lower part of the range the margin is significant — 1.5 m3/h is one and a half times more than RO DUO-1.0, twice more than RO DUO-0,75, three times more than RO DUO-0,5, and five times more than the junior RO DUO-0,3. The number of stages, working pressure, and desalination degree are common across the whole series, so RO DUO-1.5 differs from the junior models specifically in its hourly permeate flow rate.

System operation is fully automated. A freely programmable controller allows parameters to be changed, and the current status is displayed on the operator's touch panel screen. Commissioning and maintenance must be carried out by qualified personnel. At the customer's request, the system is manufactured with additional equipment, including as part of a block-modular design.
