SWT RO DUO-0,3 - 2-stage reverse osmosis unit with pump (up to 0.3 m3/h)

SWT RO DUO-0,3 is a two-stage reverse osmosis unit with a pump, capacity up to 0.3 m³/h. The unit's task is deep purification and desalination of water with a purification degree of up to 99.9 % for further use in process applications. The typical conversion rate for fresh-type groundwater and surface water is up to 75 %; the systems operate at high pressure — up to 1.3 MPa.

This is the junior model in the RO DUO series: it is followed by DUO-0,5, DUO-0,75, DUO-1.0, DUO-1.5, and DUO-3.0, the senior of which is ten times more productive. The purification scheme is the same across all models in the series — two reverse osmosis stages with a pump — so the choice within the line comes down to the required flow rate of purified water, and DUO-0,3 covers its lower bound.

Unit operation is fully automated: a freely programmable controller allows parameter adjustment, and data is displayed on the operator's touch panel screen. Qualified personnel are required for commissioning and maintenance. At the customer's request, the unit can be equipped with additional equipment, including in a block-modular design.
