SWT RO DUO-3.0 is a two-stage reverse osmosis unit with a pump, capacity up to 3 m³/h. The unit is designed for deep purification and desalination of water with a purification degree of up to 99.9 % for further use in process applications. The typical conversion rate for fresh-type groundwater and surface water is up to 75 %, working pressure — up to 1.3 MPa.
This is the senior model in the RO DUO series: it is twice as productive as DUO-1.5 and ten times more productive than the junior DUO-0,3, with DUO-0,5, DUO-0,75, and DUO-1.0 in between. The two-stage layout with a pump is common to the whole line, so DUO-3.0 is chosen when the required flow rate of purified water exceeds the capabilities of the junior models.
System operation is fully automated: a freely programmable controller allows parameters to be changed, and data is displayed on the operator's touch panel screen. Commissioning and maintenance require qualified personnel. At the customer's request, the system can be manufactured and equipped with additional equipment, including in a block-modular design.
