SWT RO DUO-0,75 - 2-stage reverse osmosis unit with pump (up to 0.75 m3/h)

Reverse osmosis unit with two stages, capacity up to 0.75 m3/h. Produces desalinated water for process applications: purification degree is up to 99.9 %, typical conversion rate on fresh groundwater and surface water is up to 75 %, meaning up to three-quarters of the feed flow goes to permeate. The pump is part of the unit, working pressure in the system — up to 1.3 MPa.

The RO DUO series comprises six sizes — 0,3, 0,5, 0,75, 1.0, 1.5, and 3 m3/h — which differ from one another only in hourly flow rate, with the same two-stage layout and the same desalination depth. RO DUO-0,75 occupies an intermediate position in the lower half of the range: one and a half times more productive than RO DUO-0,5, half as productive as RO DUO-1.5, and a quarter as productive as the senior RO DUO-3.0. This is the step for cases where a flow rate of 0.5 m3/h is already insufficient, while a full cubic meter per hour is excessive.

The unit operates automatically under the control of a freely programmable controller: parameters can be changed, and data is displayed on the operator's touch panel. Qualified personnel are needed for commissioning and maintenance. At the customer's request, the unit is equipped with additional equipment and can be manufactured in a block-modular design.
