Two-stage reverse osmosis unit with a capacity of up to 0.5 m3/h. Designed for deep purification and desalination of water for further use in process applications: the purification degree reaches 99.9 %, and the typical conversion rate on fresh groundwater and surface water is up to 75 %. The unit is equipped with a pump and operates at a pressure of up to 1.3 MPa.
The RO DUO series comprises six sizes, from 0.3 to 3 m3/h, differing from one another only in hourly flow rate: the two-stage layout, working pressure, and desalination depth are the same across all models. RO DUO-0,5 is the second from the bottom — it is more productive than the junior RO DUO-0,3, falls twice short of RO DUO-1.0, three times short of RO DUO-1.5, and six times short of the senior RO DUO-3.0. The size is chosen for a constant permeate flow rate, so this model suits applications where demand does not exceed half a cubic meter per hour.
Unit operation is fully automated: a freely programmable controller allows parameter adjustment, and current data is displayed on the operator's touch panel screen. Commissioning and maintenance require qualified personnel. At the customer's request, the unit is manufactured and equipped with additional equipment, including supply in a block-modular design.
