SWT RO-1/8040 - reverse osmosis unit with pump (up to 1 m3/h)

SWT RO-1/8040 is an industrial reverse osmosis unit with a nominal capacity of 1 m³/h. It demineralizes fresh water to a degree of purification of up to 99%, removing heavy metals, microbes, bacteria, and organic and inorganic compounds. Typical conversion rate for underground and surface fresh water is up to 75%. Water flow rate in production mode is 1.85 m³/h, in flush mode 8 m³/h.

This is the smallest model in the RO series: capacity is half that of RO-2/8040 and an order of magnitude below RO-10/8040. The housing is single-element, while the larger RO-9/8040 and RO-15/8040 are built in a three-element one. Mechanical pre-treatment is limited to one Big Blue (BB20) filter — models from 4 m³/h and up have CF multi-cartridge filters numbering from two to ten. The pump, up to 3 kW, is the smallest in the line; on RO-15/8040 it reaches up to 11 kW. With dimensions of 1700×965×1800 mm and a dry system weight of 220 kg, the unit is half the width of the three-element models (3700 mm wide) and three to four times lighter. Connections: feed water inlet G 1¼, concentrate outlet G ½, permeate outlet G ¾.

Operation is fully automated. A freely programmable controller allows parameters to be changed and displays data on screen. Qualified personnel are required for commissioning and servicing.
